  The chowder was really incredible! We also got the seafood bucket and seafood platter. This was enough for all four of us for dinner. The service was friendly and I don't think the wait was bad at all. A nice family dinner.

  Love their dishes. We have had the Scallop / Smoked salmon appetizer more than once it is so good. We also LOVE the fried clams. The service has been great the times we have been there. It can feel a bit expensive for the decor / ambiance but the food is certainly good. Edited to say they have done some nice decorating upgrades this year. Looking great.

  Had the lobster roll/seafood chowder special. The lobster roll was traditionally divine. Served on a toasted hot dog bun with minimal lettuce and very lightly dressed. It was wonderful not having to wade through excess mayo to taste the flavour of a perfectly done lobster.

  Do NOT order the lobster roll. Consider that a warning! About 2 tablespoons of lobster salad on a small roll for $14.00. This is supposed to be my lunch. Sorely disappointed. My hubby shared his clams with me. They were good.

  The highlight, however, was the seafood chowder. Chock full of bay scallops, baby shrimp, and haddock, this creamy concoction is after my own heart. Rich, with a peach tinge (due to the lobster broth base), it is everything you want a seafood chowder to be and more. I will dream about this chowder when I return back to central Canada. Two HUGE thumbs up!!

  Went here on our trip to Hopewell Rocks and the food was fantastic! Fresh seafood prepared well. The service was great too. The decor was also really nice, they really made it look like a boathouse. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the price which was rather high for the food they served but it was not incredibly overpriced. Overall a great experience for the area.
